For whom they gave their all

On September 11th 2002 Citizens, Police, Firefighters, Emergency, and Department of Corrections Personnel from the State, County, and Several Area Cities, along with a large crowd, which included many Public Officials, met to honor Those Lost On 9-11 in Washington, New York, Pennsylvania and Our Local Police & Firefighters who died serving the citizens of Our Area.

A dedication then followed of a Police & Firefighter's Monument at Sunset Funeral Home Memorial Park and a dedicated area of Sunset Memorial Park was set aside by the Darby Family for the permanent use of our brave men and women who lost their lives serving our community.
